Many of you have likely noticed that the large cherry tree by the brick wall and sign at our front entrance is not looking too good.  Unfortunately, it has died.  Once it was noticed that it was not looking well, we had the landscaper come and take a look to see if there is anything we can do to save it.  There was not…it was already dead, and likely died some weeks ago.  There is really no way to determine why it died…it could have been one of many factors, or even a combination of them.  We will have someone come out and remove the tree and grind the stump, and then in the fall consider options of what to do in its place.  Thank you to all who had called or sent messages to alert us that the tree was failing, it is much appreciated.
